US CO: Column: What Do I Do With My Leftover Stems?
Westword, 06 Jun 2013 – Dear Stoner: I know smoking them is a headache waiting to happen, but what should I do with the crystal-covered stems left over from my buds? I hate the idea of throwing away good THC. Scrooge McDank Dear Scrooge: Strangely, you’re not alone in your miserly ways. Up until just a few years ago, a good friend always kept a jar with him specifically to save stems to later make hash with. It was a futile effort, and I still don’t know why he did it. But there is something you can make to get the most out of what most stoners toss away: edible alcohol tincture.

They were bound for Amsterdam and the Netherlands’ recently opened coffee houses – then, they would be on to the city’s synth-beat dance halls.
US CO: Aspen City Attorney To Seek Council Direction On Pot Rules
The Aspen Times, 06 Jun 2013 – Aspen City Attorney Jim True said Wednesday that he soon will suggest that the City Council hold a work session this month or in July on whether and how to regulate recreational pot stores in Aspen. True said there is no hurry because under state law, businesses cannot apply to become retail pot shops until Oct. 1. The state Department of Revenue is still writing rules based on legislation recently passed the Colorado General Assembly. Legislators took up a host of marijuana-related issues during their January-to-May session after voters across the state in November passed Amendment 64, which seeks to have marijuana regulated in the same manner as alcohol.
