US MT: Editorial: Panel Makes Progress To Fix Medical
The Billings Gazette, 30 Aug 2010 – We’re encouraged by last week’s legislative action moving the process forward to tighten Montana’s medical marijuana regulations. Montana Standard, 25 Aug 2010 – I am conservative but believe natural drugs should be legal. On the paper’s front page Aug. 17 (stop pot shops), Commissioner Dave Palmer relates information that it’s become easy for high school students to buy marijuana in Butte. Like many politicians around the country, he seems to be unaware of the fact that anyone wanting pot can obtain it within a half hour and that includes high school students. This has been the situation for at least the last 15 years. Anyone who spends any time with all their constituents would know how prevalent pot has become in the past several decades.
