US CA: Prop. 19 Could Set UP Legal Battle Between California, Federal Government

Bellingham Herald, 13 Oct 2010 – SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Backers of California’s Proposition 19 call it a landmark challenge to America’s war on drugs.
