The Press Democrat, 12 May 2013 – EDITOR: The fact that cities are turning away pot dispensaries makes me wonder why these supposedly learned folks in government would rather drive pot sales back underground ("State’s high court OKs ban on pot stores," Tuesday). Is the court high on something?
