Mountain Valley News, 17 Oct 2012 – Colorado citizens could well be burdened with another constitutional amendment that will have far-reaching consequences, which we see as detrimental to our historic values. First of all, we must admit that we are reluctant to go along with the total legalization of marijuana, but that is a very personal thing on our part. We also admit that, sooner or later, that legalization will likely be accomplished. Our problem now is just how it will be accomplished.
