Denver Post, 08 Aug 2012 – Re: "Denver DA: Octogenarian busted for growing 400 pot plants in backyard," Aug. 4 news story. I don’t know about you, but I now know that my tax dollars are being spent wisely. The police just arrested an 87-year-old man growing pot in his backyard, and the district attorney has vowed to prosecute this octogenarian hipster for possessing "tools and material indicative of distribution beyond personal use."
