Pueblo Chieftain, 16 Sep 2012 – The first volley has been fired in the war between the Mexican drug cartel’s drug machine and American’s safety and freedom. Tally up Colorado’s first known deaths attributed to the prohibition of marijuana. Though no shots were fired, the deaths of retired Pueblo Police Capt. John A. Barger and Pueblo County Sheriff Capt. Leide William DeFusco, can be directly linked to the Mexican drug cartel. While flying over Pueblo County looking for other cartel illegal grows, these gentlemen sacrificed their lives trying to make sure we were safe from these criminals.
