Times Argus, 12 Sep 2012 – WATERBURY — The state Public Safety Department has conditionally approved two medical marijuana dispensaries. The approvals under the state’s medical marijuana program are for Patients First Inc. in Waterbury and Champlain Valley Dispensary Inc. in Burlington, according to the state.
