Ellen Rosenblum, who promised to support Oregon’s medical marijuana law and ignore small-time users, grabbed an overwhelming 65 percent of the Democratic primary vote. Rosenblum already is AG, appointed to complete John Kroger’s term. Her November election is guaranteed, with only token write-in competition.
