Heavy use of marijuana in teenage years can dull intelligence and cause a loss of up to eight IQ points that may last for life. Pot is the most commonly abused illegal drug at all ages. Most people think that pot it is not risky to their health, and legalizing pot sends the message that it is safe to use.
