Her friend ran to her bedroom and shut the door as her younger brother wailed, said Brady, now 36. A notice that the property had been seized and belonged to the FBI hung on the door.
US CA: Ukiah Pot Dispensary Faces Eviction
The Press Democrat, 03 May 2013 – The owners of a Ukiah-area medical marijuana dispensary are scrambling to find a new home after their landlord received a letter from the U.S. Attorney’s Office demanding they evict the business or risk losing the property. The letter is part of a national wave of cease-and-desist notices sent by federal authorities to marijuana dispensaries and their landlords in California, Washington and Colorado. Marijuana remains an illegal drug under federal law.
US CA: Sonoma County Weighs Stricter Medical Pot Rules
The Press Democrat, 10 Dec 2012 – The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors this week could drastically cut the amount of medical marijuana allowed for patients outside city limits. The board on Tuesday will consider a proposal to get rid of guidelines the supervisors approved six years ago allowing medical marijuana patients to have 30 plants and three pounds of dried pot per year.

The Press Democrat, 18 Oct 2010 – Marijuana prompted several men to strong-arm their way into a west Santa Rosa home last week and tie up residents with duct tape. It lured a pair into an illicit garden in Round Valley where they were shot dead by its tenders. It led an unknown killer to shoot a 31-year-old father in his Santa Rosa garage, leaving him for dead and making off with the goods.
