Denver Post, 18 Mar 2013 – Re: "Denver council hashes out pot issues; will city become next Amsterdam?" March 11 news story. I don’t see a problem with Denver being a mecca for pot users. The city will see increased revenues from the direct tax on marijuana, and travelers’ expenses. The inevitable surge in Cheetos and Goldfish purchases could generate billions of tax dollars.

Denver Post, 09 Oct 2012 – Opponents of marijuana legalization are citing a few tragic car accidents as reason for prohibition. I am puzzled as towhy they don’t also support alcohol and cellphone prohibition. I am a big boy and I can make intelligent choices about how I use alcohol. The same will be true for marijuana.
