US MI: 3 Michigan Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Raided

Detroit Free Press, 27 Jun 2013 – SPRINGFIELD — Police with search warrants raided three medical marijuana dispensaries in Springfield Wednesday, alleging they were violating Michigan law. About 10:45 a.m. Michigan State Police troopers and undercover drug officers drove into the parking lot of The Karmacy at 4549 W. Dickman Road. At the same time officers went to the Southwest Compassion Care Center at 700 N. 20th St., and Happy Daze at 695 N. 20th St., both in Springfield.

Apparently God, who – from a believer’s standpoint – is the creator of all things, including marijuana, doesn’t care if you use it. At least that’s the opinion of the Rev. Cadillac News, 24 Jun 2013 – CADILLAC – A prosecuting attorney is reconsidering his options after drug charges were dropped against the former operator of a Haring Township medical marijuana dispensary. In the same investigation, two former dispensary employees have been sentenced after taking plea deals. Charges of aiding and abetting delivery and manufacture of marijuana and a charge of conducting a criminal enterprise were dismissed by Judge William Fagerman against Christopher Frank Gee, 35, of Tustin, owner of the Twinn Bridges Compassion Club.
