It’s hardly a milestone. Due to a shortage of dispensaries and several delays in the state program, only about 130 patients have actually been able to buy cannabis.

Christie to decide whether he wants to amend the state’s medical marijuana law and regulations – the strictest in the country – to make it easier for severely sick children to use the drug.

US NJ: NJ Set For Final Vote On Medical Marijuana Bill
The Trentonian, 25 Jun 2013 – TRENTON (AP) – New Jersey lawmakers are set to vote on a bill that would make it easier for children with certain medical conditions to have access to medical marijuana. The bill would go to Gov. Chris Christie if it clears the state Assembly Monday.
