Delta County Independent, 06 Oct 2010 – Dear Editor: I sincerely relate to Carol Pierce’s testimony (Letter: Medical marijuana is a beneficial option for sufferers, Sept. 29, 2010) concerning access to cannabis (marijuana) for sick citizens. My son endured leukemia cancer in 1997, and to be denied any information about how cannabis might help ease excruciating pain made me very angry and led to becoming a cannabis activist.
