Hawaii Tribune Herald, 13 Mar 2012 – Another reason to allow sick citizens to use cannabis (marijuana) for pain that doesn’t get mentioned ("Medical marijuana bill goes to the House for consideration," March 7) is because it is biblically correct, since God indicates He created all the seed-bearing plants, saying they are all good, on literally the very first page (Genesis 1:11-12 and 29-30). The only biblical restriction placed on cannabis is to accept it with thankfulness (1 Timothy 4:1-5).

US AK: PUB LTE: Marijuana Users Contribute
Anchorage Daily News, 08 Jan 2012 – I strongly disagree with Bill Zeddies ("Those Stoned On Marijuana Don’t Contribute To Common Good," ), There are enough examples of cannabis (marijuana) users who contribute to society to fill volumes. From the 1st presidents to the last few, from doctors, computer designers, scientists, musicians and people from every walk of life and every occupation. Persecuting and discriminating against cannabis users doesn’t change the fact that cannabis users do in fact contribute to society and have for thousands of years. The question is: how does caging a responsible human for using the relatively safe, extremely popular God-given plant (see the first page of the Bible), contribute to society?

US NV: PUB LTE: End Pot Prohibition
Reno News & Review, 29 Dec 2011 – Re "Is Obama in control?" (Editorial, Dec. 22): When the last number of presidents have used cannabis (marijuana) recreationally, there should be no question cannabis prohibition should automatically be terminated, especially since roughly 70 percent of Americans support it. Roughly 50 percent of Americans support-and that number is increasing-legalizing and regulating cannabis because it is one of America’s worst policy failures in history. Cannabis prohibition is perpetuated exactly because President Obama is in control. If citizens were in control, cannabis prohibition, persecution, discrimination and extermination would end immediately.

US CA: Edu: PUB LTE: The Bible Condones Marijuana Use
Daily Forty-Niner, 25 Oct 2010 – I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Daily 49er’s Oct. 18 article, "The Time to Talk About Marijuana Has Finally Come," which included some progressive reasons to vote Yes on Proposition 19. Another important reason to end marijuana prohibition and extermination that doesn’t get mentioned is because it is biblically correct since Christ, the ecologician, indicates he created all the seed-bearing plants, saying they are all good, on literally the very first page. The only biblical restriction placed on cannabis is that it be accepted with thankfulness. It truly is time to end the devil law. God bless Prop. 19.
US CA: PUB LTE: God Sez Yes On 19
Sacramento News & Review, 21 Oct 2010 – Re "Smoke and spin" by Nick Miller (SN&R Beats, October 14): Balking on the cannabis (marijuana) issue could cost Democrats dearly if Republicans get smart and seize the cannabis issue. Cannabis prohibition and extermination isn’t consistent with Republican ideals, such as states’ rights, smaller federal government, free trade, capitalism, constitutional rights, etc. Millions of Democrats will jump ship and vote for Republicans if they do the right thing and support ending one of the most embarrassing segments of American history.
US CA: PUB LTE: End The Bloodshed
Anderson Valley Post, 20 Oct 2010 – Dear Editor of the Anderson Valley Post, A NO vote against Proposition 19 (Anderson Council Votes ‘No’ On Proposition 19, Oct. 14, 2010) is a choice to continue unnecessary violence associated with a relatively safe, God-given plant due to black market realities. It’s a vote to continue enabling cartels and gangs to regulate cannabis (marijuana), rather than government. It’s for continued lost taxes for a product which is going to be sold in the future just as it has been for decades or longer.
US CA: PUB LTE: Cannabis Ban Embarrassing
Appeal-Democrat, 17 Oct 2010 – Carmen Jehu ("Just say no to Prop. 19," Oct. 3 letter to the editor) may not realize it, but voting yes or no on Proposition 19 is like the difference between what’s right and wrong. Punishing and persecuting responsible adults for using the plant cannabis (marijuana) is immoral and just plain wrong. North America has suffered long enough paying the ultimate price for the devil law known as cannabis prohibition, and it’s time to end that embarrassing part of American history. Millions of citizens across America are hoping and praying California citizens vote yes on Prop. 19, and re-legalize cannabis
