Grand Haven Tribune, 30 Sep 2010 – SPRING LAKE – Village Planning Commissioners Tuesday unanimously recommended that Village Council amend home occupation ordinance regulations to include registered primary caregivers. The recommendation falls in line with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act, which voters approved in November of 2008.
